Pezhvak Energy Engineering Services Company (PECO) has successfully obtained five internationally recognized Integrated Management System (IMS) certifications following a comprehensive audit process.
The IMS certification audit was conducted by Iran Conformity Assessment and Evaluation Company (formerly TÜV NORD Iran), in cooperation with TÜV Austria, from May 17 to May 19, 2026. As a result of this rigorous assessment, PECO was awarded five معتبر international management system certifications simultaneously.
These certifications include ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 29001 (Quality Management System for the Oil and Gas Industry), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), and ISO 21502 (Project Management System). Achieving these certifications concurrently reflects the effective and integrated implementation of management systems across the organization.
The second phase of the audit was carried out over three days by a six-member audit team, focusing on evaluating the implementation, effectiveness, and compliance of the integrated management system. The audit covered PECO headquarters as well as the Sepehr and Jofeir (EPDS#03) projects and the South Pars 9 Wells (Infill) project. The results demonstrated the company’s strong capability in managing and executing EPDS projects in both onshore and offshore sectors, along with a high level of alignment between operational performance and planned objectives.
At the closing meeting, the audit team officially recommended and approved the issuance of the aforementioned certifications, leading to PECO’s successful attainment of all five international standards.
This significant achievement is the result of over a year of continuous effort, effective collaboration, and strong commitment from employees across all headquarters, operational, and support units, along with the strategic leadership and support of senior management.
Obtaining these certifications highlights PECO’s commitment to system-oriented and process-based approaches, continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and the enhancement of service quality in oil and gas industry projects. This approach plays a vital role in improving productivity, strengthening competitive advantage, and increasing stakeholder satisfaction.
This accomplishment marks an important step toward organizational excellence and sustainable development, paving the way for even greater achievements in the future.
We extend our sincere congratulations to all colleagues and express our appreciation for their dedicated and responsible efforts. We remain confident in continuing the path toward excellence, organizational sustainability, and reaching higher development horizons at PECO.
