Pezhvak Energy will present one of its key digital transformation initiatives at the upcoming 19th International Project Management Conference (IPMC), focusing on the implementation of a Project Management Information System (PMIS) based on Oracle Unifier.

The implementation of Oracle Unifier at Pezhvak Energy (PECO) was designed and executed with the goal of enhancing project management, increasing transparency, and streamlining control over organizational processes in EPCD domains (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Documentation).

This project was delivered using an Agile methodology and a collaborative approach, covering 11 specialized modules and 58 operational processes. From the initial needs assessment to full deployment, cross-functional teams actively participated in the design and refinement of processes.

Key success factors of the project included phased deployment planning, targeted training for end users, fostering a culture of digital change acceptance, and continuous support from senior management. Together, these elements created the foundation for a fundamental transformation in project execution practices.

As a result of this implementation, Pezhvak Energy has, for the first time, been able to manage all EPCD processes in an integrated, digital, and data-driven manner—leading to increased operational agility, improved resource efficiency, reduced human error, and faster decision-making.
