On May 9, 2025 (20 Ordibehesht 1404), and during the third day of the 29th Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between PECO (Pezhvak Energy Engineering Services Co.) and the Oil Design and Construction Company (ODCC) aimed at fostering joint cooperation in the execution of EPC projects.

According to the MoU, the two parties will collaborate by leveraging their technical, engineering, and operational capabilities in areas such as design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of oil and gas surface facilities, as well as project management.

The MoU, signed by Mr. Ali Khajavi, CEO of Pezhvak Energy, and Mr. Hamidreza Javadi, CEO of ODCC, paves the way for broader interaction and synergy between the two companies in seizing available opportunities.

Key provisions of this MoU include the development of execution strategies for projects, preparation of joint technical and financial proposals, advancement of technological cooperation, and joint project management.
