As an EPD contractor for the Sepehr–Jufair fields, Pezhvak Energy has made significant progress toward achieving the objectives of the EPDS #3 project. The company successfully mobilized a drilling rig to the Jufair-03 wellsite to ensure securing the well, workover operation including De-completion of the previous completion string, cleaning the open hole section, running and installing the sucker rod pump (SRP), cleaning the well, and initiating production flow. Remarkably, the operation was completed in less than 30 days, from rig spud to the successful completion of the 72-hour SRP performance test.

The workover and installation of the Long Stroke SRP in the Jufair-03 horizontal well marked a major milestone as the first well in the Sepehr–Jufair field to be equipped with an Artificial Lifting System. This operation was executed by Pezhvak Energy Engineering Company (#PECO) in record time. Jufair-03, alongside Jufair-09, was successfully handed over to the esteemed project client in February 2025.

This achievement underscores the technical expertise and dedication of Pezhvak Energy’s engineering and operational teams in advancing sustainable development and enhancing production capacity within Iran’s oil industry.
