🌐 World Communications and Public Relations Day is an opportunity to honor the department that not only conveys the organization's voice but also acts as a bridge between its various units. Public Relations is the architect of interdepartmental communication, aligning perspectives, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring a continuous flow of information.
Effective communication between departments becomes a competitive advantage—where each unit is part of an integrated whole that thrives through dynamic interaction and dialogue.
📅 This Year’s Approach at PECO:
🎯 Instead of holding a formal ceremony, we showcased the importance of interdepartmental communication through a hands-on experience.
🧩 A visual puzzle challenge was designed:
Each department received a puzzle piece containing image-based clues to complete a key message.
One piece was intentionally left blank and could only be completed through interaction and contact with other departments.
The need for internal brainstorming and cross-departmental collaboration mirrored exactly the mechanism that Public Relations facilitates.

Team Synergy: Every member played an active role in solving part of the puzzle.
Effective Interdepartmental Communication: Reaching out and interacting with other departments reinforced the idea that organizational success stems from a chain of mutual cooperation.
